vivaciously well

There’s too much information online, and too many conflicting pieces of advice. clients ask me, “What information do I trust? Who do I trust?”

I wanted to cultivate a place where the trustworthy resources can be easily found and accessed, and I can update posts as I find new ones. I am developing my own original works (soon to be found under “courses”), but I also want to uplift the women and men that are doing amazing work online and in-person. I want to share the awesome resources that have helped me manage my own chronic illnesses, and continue to share the new things I discover.

I’m basically a filter for your google results related to anything wellness.

Whether it’s music, art, writing, resources, scientific research, or morning routines — let’s get vivaciously well together. I want to be a gateway into integrative and functional health (with some lifestyle tips and woo-woo wellness spice on top).

I want to share my reviews, my successes, my not-so-successes, and the products I’ve found most helpful to healing my body.

My blog posts are living works; the process doesn’t end when I hit publish. If you find links that don’t work, please let me know. If you find an amazing resource I haven’t listed, make a comment for others to see! If you want to learn more about me, follow me on instagram, and be sure to join the mailing list so you can join our growing community!

I was named after my grandmother, but with a modern twist. The Latin roots of my name tie in to being vivacious - full of life, animated. I want everyone to live that way. Whether you’re looking to heal from chronic dis-ease, or ways to up-level your current wellness practice, you’re in the right place.

I am passionate about helping people get healthy - it’s why I gave up physics in college in the pursuit of good nutrition. I grew up without any cooking experience (Cup O Ramen anyone?) and I’m learning every day, so I absolutely believe anyone can learn to cook. My philosophy is whole-foods, plant-based, with a sprinkle of healthy, sustainable meats (and some gluten-free cookie dough).
